i am grateful to guide you through a harmonious blend of breath, movement, stillness + integration.
the yoga flows that i guide are mindful, promote self + body-awareness, honour the yoga philosophies, and are informed by my training.
i also love to incorporate other disciplines + tools that i am trained in, such as astrology, crystal sound bowls, oracle cards and natural settings.
