workplace yoga & mindfulness
i am here to passionately support workplace wellbeing & productivity
in the work environment, acute and chornic stress, fatigue, burnout, mental health issues, and postural issues can all bring ramifications to the individual and team performance. i know this well from my own experience and from observation of those around me in this busy hustle culture.
my background in health science has me very aware of the physical, mental and wholistic outcomes of sedentary behaviour, chornic stress and the nature of office work.
as a yoga teacher experienced in corporate settings and with my interest in health, i eagerly offer workplace yoga sessions designed to help employees...

✿ relieve hunched shoulders and tight hip areas (v. common!)

i aim to foster a more balanced and energised workday, and to inspire mindfulness skills, stretches, and yogic & other practices to take beyond the mat into daily life....or i at least provide a moment of respite from the busy day!
i tailor each session to the needs of the team, whether it’s a morning flow to create, harness & move energy, a midday reset to restore focus & cultivate calm, or a grounding practice to unwind after a busy day. classes can be held in-office, on-site, or online.
my classes are beginner friendly - no prior yoga experience is needed. i also run mindfulness workshops.
